About Eric Conner
I have lived in the Yampa Valley since 1994 and before that Minnesota was home. I have worked in the building industry for over 25 years. I bought Steam Express in 2010 and converted to Service Master in 2012. I am IICRC certified, Service Maser trained, a preferred vendor for most insurance companies and use Xactimate.
I raised my son, Channing, in Steamboat and last year he went off to college at ASU. I am still in love with this valley and everything that makes it special. In my free time I enjoy hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and camping.
